Sherry Trowsse- Doula & childbirth educator.
Sherry is a mother of three school aged children. Having went to french school her entire life, she speak both English & French.
For as long as she can remember, she has had a love for children and have been passionate about working within the community. After the birth of her third child, she realized that she could bring both of these interests together, and set out to become a doula.
Over the last five years, she has completed training as a birth doula, a postpartum doula, breastfeeding counselor and as a childbirth educator. Sherry is also a co-leader of the Ottawa chapter of the International Cesarean Awareness Network (ICAN). In her spare time (haha!) she hosts meet ups for new parents though the Pregnant in Ottawa Facebook Group. A group she started 5 years ago to help expecting and new parents build their community.
